WHERE ELEPHANTS MEET THE OCEAN is the photographic essay of my adventures in Africa.  I write also of my struggle to find meaning in chance encounters with Antoine de St. Exupery’s book, The Little Prince.  And, in the end, I begin to understand the message St. Exupery’s fox shared with the little prince:“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. . . what’s essential is invisible to the eye.”
